As a donor to the Foundation we want you to know that our 12-member volunteer board of directors donates more than 1000 hours annually in support of our grants and scholarships, including administration and investments, allowing the Foundation to expend ONLY ONE PERCENT on administrative costs.

THE ANCHOR BAY
COMMUNITY

FOUNDATION

Since 1995 we have been at work raising funds that provide scholarships and grants for the Anchor Bay community. Our board of directors administers endowed scholarships and assists in the growth of those not fully endowed.

Contributions to the Foundation are put into an Endowment Fund and then invested by our Finance Committee. The Endowment supports our ongoing mission of providing an enduring source of charitable assets to meet the emerging needs and interests of the community.

Because the Foundation is recognized by the IRS as an IRC Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, your donation may be deductible for tax purposes. Check with your tax preparer.

Through your donations the Foundation serves as the heart of Anchor Bay by providing a link to the community through art, music, social, cultural, charitable and educational opportunities.
