Anchor Bay Community Foundation

Eagle Scout James Becker with lifetime mentor Beth Bagley-Stanton at the Eagle Court of Honor held on March 9, 2014.

James Becker received a $500 grant from the Anchor Bay Community Foundation for his Eagle project—an anti-bullying program. His mission was to place “friendship” benches at all of the Anchor Bay Elementary Schools.  He hosted assemblies at the schools demonstrating how the benches would be used and provided a video for future generations of students.  James received a $500 grant from the Foundation for this important program.
